Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation policy for all orders placed on our website/app:

Cancellation Window
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. As Astro Dada usually dispatches orders within 24 hours, we request customers to raise cancellation requests as early as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be made through Astro Dada Support (our customer assistance service). Requests made via any other channel will not be processed.

Cancellation Terms by Payment Type

Prepaid Orders:
If cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a store credit equal to the full amount paid. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

COD Orders with Partial Prepayment (Deposit):
If a COD order includes an upfront deposit and is cancelled, the deposit amount is non-refundable. No credit or compensation will be provided.

COD Orders without Deposit:
If no deposit is involved, the order can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.

Cancellation Charges
We do not charge any cancellation fees for orders that are successfully cancelled within the allowed time frame.
